Haus 2 Luitpoldstr. 17 / 19

Unser Haus in der Luitpoldstr. 17/19 liegt im Stadtteil Pfersee in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 300 m von der Herz-Jesu-Kirche entfernt, dem Zentrum von Pfersee. Zudem ist es in direkter Nähe zur Wertach, einem Fluss mit sehr schönen Fahrrad- und Joggingwegen.

Jedes Einzelzimmer im Haus ist komplett möbliert, einschließlich einem 2-Platten-Kocher und einem Kühlschrank. Manche Zimmer haben auch einen eigenen Balkon und ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Jede Wohnungseinheit besteht aus 4 Einzelzimmern und dem dazugehörigen Bad. Das Bad und der Spülbereich werden von Montag bis Freitag von unseren Reinigungsfrauen geputzt, 1x pro Woche werden die einzelnen Mieterzimmer gereinigt.

Für unsere Mieter gibt es einen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner.
Auch ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.

Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Linie 6 befindet sich an der Augsburger Straße bei der Herz-Jesu-Kirche in ca. 300m Entfernung, sowie die Haltestelle für die Busse der Linie 35 und 32. Ins Stadtzentrum gelangen Sie mit der Straßenbahn Linie 6 innerhalb von 5 min. bzw. in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend kostenfrei an der Straße.

 

Our house in the Luitpoldstr. 17/19 is located in the Pfersee district in a quiet location. The house is located about 300 meters away from the Herz-Jesu-Kirche, the center of Pfersee. It is located close to the river Wertach, a river with very nice bike and jogging trails.

Every single room in the house is fully furnished, including a 2-burner stove and a refrigerator. Some rooms also have a private balcony and a private sink.
Each apartment unit consists of 4 single rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom and the sink area are cleaned from Monday to Friday from our cleaning ladies, once per week the ladies clean the tenant room.

For our tenants, there is a laundry room available with a washer and dryer.
There is also a bicycle storage facility.

The tram line 6 is located at the Augsburger Straße at the Herz-Jesu-Kirche which is only 300 meters away and the bus stop for the bus line 35 and 32 The city center can be reached by tram line 6 within 5 min. or 10 minutes by bike.
Many shops and restaurants are nearby.
Parking is free of cost on the street.
